Our Domestic shipping rates are:

Please note: All items are sent through Australia Post standard post.
If you would like your purchase to be sent through Registered Post please let us know.

To exchange an item, please email us at online@toombulmusic.com.au with the details of exchange and item you would like to exhange for. The original item purchased will need to be sent back to the store which customer will need to pay for unless item is faulty or at the fault of Toombul Music.

Items will only be refunded if item is damaged or at the fault of Toombul Music within 7 days of purchase.

Any items purchased for shipment outside of Australia is GST Free. Product shown on the screen will be approximately 1/11th less than the published price (which includes GST) when shipped outside of Australia.

If an item is lost / damaged during delivery please contact us at online@toombulmusic.com.au or 07 3863 3236. If an item is lost or damaged, Toombul Music will endeavour to replace the item as quickly as possible (depending upon product availability) and shipped at the cost of Toombul Music.

• If your order is an import it can take between one and four weeks to arrive. (Depending on Availability)
  
  
• If your order has not arrived within 7 days (excluding imports), it has gone out of stock with the supplier and has been placed on back-order until more stock is received. If a product you have ordered goes on back order we will notify you of this and contact you once the order arrives.
